HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your confirmation email 24 hours after your order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam mail. Other reasons why you haven’t received one could be that your order never went through or you misspelled your email address. If you have checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you contact us through our at info@anatir.com, and we will investigate this for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG CUSTOMER DETAILS?
If you have entered incorrect information such as name, email, phone number, and/or delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so they can change your information prior to sending your order.
As a customer you are responsible for the extra costs that may occur if your parcel is handed over to our freight partner for delivery with the incorrect information.
CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?
We pride ourselves with fast delivery which means that your order is in production within the day you place it. Unfortunately, this means we may not be able to make any changes as it is already being processed.Please send us an email at info@anatir.com and we will cancel it in the case that it hasn’t been shipped out yet.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your junk folder, as e-mails sometimes end up there by accident.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipping varies depending on the country you are ordering from. Normally, it takes anywhere between 3-9 days and we are currently only open to order in North America, Middle East, North Africa, Central and South Asia. (Rest of the world *coming soon*)
If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY/COST?
Answer ContentWe offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders less than $100 shipping is calculated at checkout depending on which country you’re ordering from.
Depending on the destination, orders may be subject to additional charges such as sales tax, customs & duty charges.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information, contact our Customer Service no longer than 20 working days after the order was placed and we will help you.
If you've given incorrect details (like address, email, or phone), please contact our customer service right away. They'll try to update your info before shipping. If the info delay causes issues with delivery and your order's already shipped, you're responsible for any extra costs.Answer Content
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
If products are sent back to us because customers didn't collect their package or refused delivery, there's a fee of $25 CAD/$20 US. This includes shipping to and from you, plus handling and restocking.
For uncollected canvas orders or those returned due to wrong contact details, we keep 50% of the canvas purchase price to cover production, packaging, and transportation costs.
HOW ARE PACKAGES SHIPPED?
Answer ContentWe utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you've added your products to your cart, and proceeded to checkout, you'll be able to see which service your order will ship with.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfilment center, we will send you an email with the delivery tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link or if the tracking link does not update after 48 hours, please contact us via our contact form.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the address once the parcel is dispatched. You can still reach out to our customer service team, and we will in turn try to inform the freight company of the request. However, we cannot guarantee confirmation of said request and we advise that you reach out to the courier directly. We will not be responsible for additional charges connected with changes in the delivery address.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, there is a 30-day return policy for products purchased.
IS THERE A FEE FOR RETURNS?
The customer is accountable for covering all return expenses. It's essential to send the parcel using a trackable shipping method. Retain your receipt and tracking reference until you receive confirmation of our receipt of your return. For more detailed return instructions, please reach out to our customer service at info@anatir.com and include “Return & order no.xxxx” in the subject line.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Your package must be well-protected, and preferably in the original box. All products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

CAN I RETURN MY CANVAS?
Yes, in case of returning a canvas, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you wish to exchange a received product for something else, the process is similar to a standard return. You'll need to send back the item you'd like to exchange, and we'll issue a refund. Afterward, you can proceed to make a new order through our shop.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If you made your payment with a card, your refund will be credited back to the same card. If you used PayPal for your payment, we recommend contacting them directly for further details regarding your refund.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item, our aim is to swiftly resolve the situation. To initiate the process, kindly send us the following details within 5 days of receiving your order:
- The email address used when placing the order
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product number
- A picture of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the package
Our customer service team will promptly respond to your inquiry.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER QUALITY DO YOU USE FOR ART PRINTS?
Heavier-weight, white, premium matte paper that has a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch. The paper is age resistant and we have chosen a matte surface without reflections to create a premium feel with no glare.
- The 200 gsm/ 80 lb paper weight makes it durable and long-lasting.
We offer responsibly sourced FSC certified products from sustainably managed forests where available.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE FOR CANVAS?
Our printed paper products and canvases are made from paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forest management system in place.
- The canvas has a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame.
- Shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation.
- Mounting kit included.

I ORDERED A CANVAS, HOW CAN I HANG IT?
Every canvas order comes with a hanging kit so it’s ready for you to hang.
WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE FOR ART PRINTS?
We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country to which the item is produced and shipped. Our standard packaging for art prints are flat for posters up to 8x12 inches/A4 and tube for art prints above 8x10 inches/A4.

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE FOR CANVAS?
These products are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the item in bubble plastic/craft for additional protection. Example of packaging below:
PAYMENTS
WHY ISN'T THE PAYMENT GOING THROUGH?
It's possible that the payment method you're trying to use isn't supported. Please take a look at the payment options we offer. If the payment is unsuccessful, we recommend verifying with your credit provider. It's possible that your account may not be activated for online payments or lacks the necessary security settings to facilitate an approved transaction.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer GooglePay, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal and card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
CAN I PAY USING A VOUCHER OR GIFT CARD?
Absolutely! Simply, enter the code in the “GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE?” part on the checkout page.
CURRENCY
Default prices are displayed in USD.
Currency may update to reflect your region depending on your browser settings. You can check which currency you’re being charged in the “order summary” tab in the checkout process.
In some regions, while the content of your cart may be displaying your currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING. WHAT DO I DO?
If your discount code isn't working, it could be due to:
- A typo in the code. Please double-check the spelling. If it's still not working, send us a screenshot of your cart with the code.
- Attempting to use two codes on one order. Sorry, but we only allow one code per order.
- Using an expired code based on the time zone it’s set to.
- Not meeting the requirements. Some codes need your subtotal to reach a certain amount. Check the code's requirements before contacting us.
